Acceptable Identification
Any of the following are acceptable so long as they are not expired:
- Ohio Driver's License
- Ohio Identification Card
- Other State Driver's License
- Other State Identification Card
- US Passport
- US Military ID Card
- Canada Driver's License
- Mexico Driver's License
- Foreign Passport Stamped by USCIS
For a signer without a current photo ID, two credible witnesses are required.
